Pittsburgh is in the process of creating a city-wide network of surveillance cameras. Some residents question whether the cameras are the best use of public money-other people have privacy concerns. As DUQ's Katherine Fink reports, some neighborhoods already have surveillance cameras, and it's unclear whether residents there are better off.
