Pennsylvania Senate unanimously passed a resolution that recommends state officials to spend economic stimulus money on American products as much as possible. State Senator Jay Costa say Senate Resolution 62 is not a requirement or a quota, but is a reminder that American products and companies should be the primary beneficiaries of the stimulus package.
