Recount Likely

Officials from Pennsylvania's Department of State's Bureau of Elections say all of the more than 6 million votes cast Tuesday in the race for four seats on Superior Court will likely have to be recounted. Pennsylvania law indicates that a recount is triggered if 2 candidates' vote totals are separated by less than point-5 percent(.5%) of the total votes cast. The race was so tight for the fourth open seat that four candidates' vote totals are within that range....Democrats Anne Lazarus, Robert Colville and Kevin McCarthy and Republican Temp Smith.
The three definite winners are Judy Olson, Sallie Mundy and Paula Ott, pending certification of the vote.
