Supporters of single payer health care will be traveling to Harrisburg to visit legislators and ask for their support in the passage of two bills that would create single payer health care in Pennsylvania. Donegan says that currently the county pays $88.4 million a year on health insurance but would only have to pay $24.2 if the county paid into a single payer system.
