There’s a term in street photography called the “decisive moment” – where things line up before the photographer hits the shutter. In Dylan Vitone’s photographs, those moments and the ones that come before and after -- often play out in the same image. DUQ’s Larkin Page-Jacobs recently met up with Vitone and has this profile.
