Robo Call Legislation Introduced

State Representative Kerry Benninghoff has introduced legislation that would require all political robo calls to have a tag line that identifies who is paying for the call. Benninghoff says he wants to see the legislation passed because it will allow for people to identify who is calling them so they can request to be taken off of that organizations call list. Benninghoff says he doesn't anticipate many problems in getting the bill passed because of the simplicity of the bill and that it brings robo call identification in line with other forms of political advertisements.
