The 2009 Recovery Conference is underway Monday through Wednesday. The theme of this year's conference is "Bridging Our Communities: Closing the Gaps with Recovery and Resiliency." This is the third conference, they are held every other year.
The conference serves a five county region. About five hundred people will be attending over the three days. It is aimed at mental health consumers and providers. Allegheny Health Choices Inc is sponsoring the conference.
