Volunteers to Advise Struggling Pennsylvanians

A free financial and legal advisory service will be available to Pennsylvania residents starting July 7. 'Get Help Now, Pennsylvania' is part of President Obama's nationwide effort to spur economic volunteer services. Governor Ed Rendell's office worked with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, and more such organizations to find volunteers who will counsel citizens during this period of economic distress. Help can be had Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 6 pm, generally at your county's Bar Association. A full list of information and details can be found at the state's website.
