Warrendale EZ Pass to Reopen

EZ Pass users who pass through the Warrendale Toll plaza no longer have to slow down. The Turnpike Commission is reopening the high-speed EZ Pass lanes after a 6-week refurbishing project. The lanes re-open at 5am Thursday. During the work drivers had to use the cash lanes which force EZ Pass users to slow to 5 MPH. The commission chose to close the lanes as part of a larger reconstruction project in the area that included new pavement and better drainage.
