Five weeks ago DUQ reporter Charlee Song visited a community garden in Millvale as residents were getting it together.
Allegheny County is funding community gardens in McKees Rocks and Millvale as part of the "Allegheny Grows" initiative to "green" vacant lots.
Five weeks later, Charlee returned to Millvale to check on the progress and found thriving vegetables and busy people.
