CCAC Receives Grant For Tuition Free Program
Community College of Allegheny County's displaced worker program is expanding. Currently more than 200 people are participating in the tuition free program that helps to train workers who have lost their jobs during the economic recession. CCAC has just received a $25,000 dollar grant from MetLife for program participants who are age 50 or older. CCAC says the program will be back in the fall and has not capped meaning more people can still join the program.
