Five Indicted On Charges Of Fraud

The former CEO and founder of Latrobe bottler Le-Nature's Inc. has been indicted on charges of fraud and money laundering by U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan. Gregory J. Podlucky and four others are charged with defrauding investors of $806 million dollars. Le-Nature's Inc. filed for bankruptcy in 2006 and has been under investigation since then. If found guilty of the charges the accused could be sentenced to life in prison.
