Washington, Elliot, Southside, Oakland, The Strip District, Uptown and Shadyside will be some of the neighborhoods where volunteers spend their Saturday morning. Self proclaimed "litter czar" and founder of Citizens Against Litter Boris Weinstein says if volunteers haven't signed up but still want to come out and help they are more than welcome.
