Biden In Pittsburgh For Parade

The annual Labor Day Parade is underway in downtown Pittsburgh under a slight drizzle. The holiday parade is one of the largest in the nation. Vice President Joe Biden addressed the participants but did not march. Biden will also take part in Labor Day festivities in Philadelphia. The Labor Day Parade always draws many politicians trying to garner support of organized labor. U.S. Senator Arlen Specter and Congressman Joe Sestak who will battle for the Democratic nomination for Senate in the May Primary were among those on hand.
